REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims.

  • The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must be returned to us via courier.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a return or refund, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening.

  • The full unboxing process without pause or cuts.

  • The product received and its condition.

  • Any damage or defect clearly visible in the video.

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be considered.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

  5. Send the product via a trackable courier service.

  6. Share the tracking details with us.

Return courier charges must be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Refund
After we receive the returned product:

  • The product will undergo quality inspection.

  • If approved, refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time for refunds is 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund will only be processed after successful inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without unboxing video proof.

  • Used, worn, altered, or damaged items.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery (unless defective).

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a proper unboxing video as proof.

  • Once verified, we will arrange replacement or refund.

  • In such cases, return courier charges will be borne by us.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • After dispatch, returns must follow the return process mentioned above.

8. Important Terms

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Refund approval is subject to product inspection.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • We don't provide gold plating warrantly unless specifically mention in Product details/Invoive.

  • Use a secure and trackable courier service for returns.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
